Shake for around 10 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;Strain into a tall glass. It is quick to make and good to taste :-)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients :-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Milk - 1/2 cups&lt;br /&gt;2. Rice - 2 Cups&lt;br /&gt;3. Curd - 1 Cup&lt;br /&gt;4. Mustard - 2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;5. Green Chillies / Red Chillies - 1 - 2 - De seeded&lt;br /&gt;5. Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let the rice cool down. Add milk and mix well with the rice. Add the cup of curd and mix again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a small vessel, heat oil. One the oil is heated, add the mustard seeds. Wait till the seeds burst.
